Everything on a boat has a simple purpose.
Everything around a boat has a simple and very direct sensory existence.
Allowing oneself to surrender to wind and the motion of the ocean and simply breathing fresh ozone is liberating.
Having freed the mind and senses, there is so much more mind-space available to assimilate and learn from these  new experiences.
Being a little bit unsettled, maybe experiencing something entirely new is incredibly good for the heart, soul and brain.
Allow yourself to experience the sensory overload  that comes with sailing a powerful yacht in a stiff breeze. It will refresh and renew your life entirely.
Come with friends, work colleagues, team members or just on your own.
A few days sailing together will open your relationship with yourself and others in new and extraordinarily positive directions you would never have imagined might be possible.
