We recommend a minimum stay of 2 nights and a maximum of 6 nights.
However if we have space we can squeeze in the occasional day sail if you are really pushed for time, are in the area and desperate to get out on the water.
For six-night stays we board on Sundays from midday and suggest booking EVENING return flights from main airports the following Saturday

This includes all food, fun, towels, sailing, morning yoga (if that's what you want) and accommodation.
Sort out your own flights and we can come to GIRONA to collect you if there are more than two of you. BARCELONA on the bus right outside the arrivals hall will take a couple of hours but the drive through the Catalonia countryside is gorgeous and a great way to ease into a holiday.
NB: We do NOT include travel, personal health insurance costs.
Bring an E111 (National Health Eurozone medical bills indemnity certificate).
