The idea of an "activity" holiday might be relatively new , so here is a fairly accurate picture of the typical 7 day programme of events.
It is just like any relaxation vacation you might have ever taken before  with the  structure and advantages of taking your holiday in many different places at the same time on a boat.

DAY ONE - SUNDAY ARRIVAL
1200 hrs onwards  - Crew muster at FINIKAS harbour on Siros Island, Aegean, Greece.
Transfers from Siros Airport (internal Greek flights only) or for people coming from Athens, Mykonos or Kos or wherever your international direct flight comes into, via the fast-ferry to Ermopoulis Harbour, Siros. This  will be co-ordinated according to Crew travel arrangements once we know your flight arrangements.

After initial  onboard etiquette and essential Safety at Sea briefings and during the WELCOME PARTY we will assign  our  berths (sleeping quarters) and depending on weather, either weigh anchor and set sail for our 1st destination or have dinner and a get-together on board and/or at the local taverna.
EVENING
If we sail to Destination No 1, once moored or anchored,  we will have our first dinner together on-board of delicious local produce, get to know each other a little  and discuss the programme for the next days.
All crew are entirely free to explore our destination or if we stay in port, check out the exquisite Finikas harbour and town, explore the local tavernas or simply sit and lap-up the vibes and views and watch the world go by as you wind-down.
If we are already anchored off-shore at Destination No 1, you can be ferried ashore to explore.

Last "ferry-ride" back to the boat will be at 22.00hrs as Day 2 is often the biggest day of the week.

DAY TWO - MONDAY
0600 hrs - If we haven't sailed the evening before we will weigh anchor and set sail for Destination No 1.
0900 hrs - Breakfast available on the boat.
All Crew may choose to sit and sunbathe or join in with 1 hour Salute to the Sun yoga  session on the beach.
Breakfast finished and Yoga sun salutation practiced, we will go snorkelling and diving as part of a practical Pranayama/Free-diving breathing techniques. Also available will be windsurfing, kayaking or just plain sunbathing
PRANAYAMA SESSION
Diving Yoga  breathing techniques help render your mind and body refreshed and renewed with ways of managing your available oxygen underwater. Eventually  we can go a step further, confidently diving deeper entirely without airtanks to collect shells, take underwater photos, follow fish and find little  seabed treasures in the crystal clear blue waters, enjoying the new-found freedom that Pranayama or mindful breathing will give you.
LUNCH
We will learn some of the fantastic  stories which fill the extraordinary Greek Islands with their fascinating character, unique history and mythological and  philosophical insights.
AFTERNOON
The afternoon is entirely yours to bathe, sunbathe and let yourselves just hang-out completely on the beach.
Onboard, for those who wish, we will learn the basics of how to sail a sleek, fast, beautiful 41 foot racing yacht around the bay  entering the elemental world of waves, wind and sail power.
EVENING
At sundown, a second optional easy yoga hour will get your muscles ready for night-time fun in the local town.
Dinner tonight is your affair. Find yourselves a taverna, go dancing, cook up a quiet dinner onboard yourself or on the beach as the mood takes and weather permits.
Take a movie to bed in  one of the cozy berths below if too tired  for any other activity.
Sling a hammock and cocooned  in  soft shawls, gently rock away to a well-earned rest under the stars.
Last dinghy ride back from port to the boat is 0000hrs. After that its up to you to persuade a local to ferry you out. Most ports have awater-taxi service which runs late into the night.

DAY THREE - TUESDAY
MORNING
Breakfast - Yoga
Diving, Sunbathing, Navigation basics and Principles of Sailing will be part of an easy morning.
EARLY AFTERNOON
1500 hrs approx - After sunbathing and swimming, we will weigh anchor  and set sail for our next Aegean Island bay with lunch onboard with everyone taking turns to trim the sails, learn the ropes and helm the yacht. Our choice of island will depend on prevailing wind conditions.
When the famous Aegean "Meltemi" wind blows, certain points of sail are uncomfortable and so we will sail in the direction that gives us the most comfortable ride.
EARLY EVENING
Will bring us to Destination No 2 and dinner, wine and conversation around a bonfire on the beach which will be a barbeque.
There will be a second pre-dinner easy yoga session and those opting out of yoga might like to help prepare the B-B-Q with our skipper.

DAY FOUR - WEDNESDAY
MORNING
After 1 hour yoga session and a swim we will have breakfast and weigh anchor for  Destination No 3 arriving in the early afternoon with all on board practicing their new-found sailing skills en-route.
AFTERNOON
Arrival at a near-deserted bay we can go sailing, diving, wind-surfing, kayaking or just sunbathing.
EVENING
2000 hrs - Second Yoga session followed by weigh anchor andsupper onboard while we undertake a delightful sunset sailing passage to our next Aegean island Destination No 4, unless we collectively decide to stay put or the weather decides for us.
Depending on which port we go to, going ashore will be an option. Again, last dinghy ride back from port to the boat is 0000hrs.

DAY FIVE - THURSDAY
MORNING
0900 After our third gentle yoga session and a swim, we will have breakfast and weigh anchor for sailing Destination No 5 which will be Mykonos arriving in the early afternoon and mooring in Mykonos Marina with all on board practicing  sailing skills.
Mykonos Marina is a little way out of town, so taxi-rides or the local bus is necessary to get you into Mykonos Town centre.
AFTERNOON
Mykonos town sightseeing
or sailing, diving, wind-surfing or just sunbathing.
EVENING
1900 hrs approx-  Dinner in Mykonos Town at a favourite restaurant.
First round of cocktails on the skipper!
NIGHTIME

The on-board guest book  contains many suggestions and recommendations of terrific places!

DAY SIX - FRIDAY

Weigh anchor and explore other parts of Mykonos from the sea. Visit some of the  hard to reach bays and inlets on the island
LATE LUNCH at a beach taverna wherever we get to - wind dependent.
Last day of slacklining, meditating, exploring, sunbathing, relaxing and diving
EVENING set sail for Ermopoulis on Siros.
LATE(ISH) evening Dinner in Ermopoulis town, sightseeing and souvenir hunting in the  "Venice of The Aegean".
Pictures below

.
